food for thought, literally!

The relationship between diet and mood is significant, especially in children. So to, is the relationship between nutrition and learning.

Research shows that learning healthy eating habits at a young age sets the foundation for lifelong health. Children who learn to appreciate and consume fresh, nutritious foods are more likely to continue these habits into adulthood.

At Embrace Disability Group, we understand the critical role that fresh, nutritious food plays in the overall well-being and academic success of young students.

And that is why we are thrilled to be working in partnership with the ACT government to deliver the Meals In Schools pilot program, investing in the future of students, helping them thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
